These terms govern every purchase made on cigarrospr.com, operated by Fig & Mor in Puerto Rico. Placing an order means you accept them.

1. Age requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to browse, purchase from, or accept delivery of any product on this site. By placing an order you certify that you are 21 or older and that the products are for your own personal use.

A valid government-issued photo ID is required at delivery. The carrier will not release the package to anyone who cannot present one, and orders refused for this reason are returned to us. We will not resell or ship to anyone under 21 under any circumstances.

2. Products and availability

Cigars are an agricultural product. Color, draw, and burn vary naturally between sticks of the same blend, and photographs are representative rather than exact. Ring gauge and length are as published by the manufacturer.

Stock is limited. If an item becomes unavailable after you order it, we will contact you and refund that line in full rather than substitute without asking.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and are the prices in effect at the moment you place the order. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. Payment is processed by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card number.

If a price is listed in obvious error, we will contact you before charging and you may cancel at no cost.

4. Shipping

We ship to Puerto Rico and to destinations where the delivery of tobacco products to consumers is lawful. Orders ship in plain packaging with no external branding. Shipping times shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees.

Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. If a package arrives damaged, tell us within 7 days with photographs and we will make it right.

5. Returns

Unopened boxes in their original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Single cigars, opened boxes, and samplers cannot be returned once opened, for reasons of product safety.

If a cigar arrives cracked, dry, or otherwise defective, contact us with a photograph within 7 days and we will replace it or refund it, your choice.

6. Health warning

WARNING: Cigar smoking can cause cancers of the mouth and throat, even if you do not inhale.

Tobacco products are not a safe alternative to any other product and are not intended to treat, prevent, or cure any condition.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
